There is something to be said for putting on a costume and assuming a different role every once in awhile (I never turn down an opportunity to dress up). The real trick though is being able to step into different roles without the costume and without fear of getting embarrassed or making an ass of yourself. We have to assume roles that are not always comfortable to us everyday of our working lives, I think taking those chances can get you big results and you might even have a little fun while your at it!
I totally agree Cat. That's the first time in a long time I've dressed up and we had so much fun.
